How It Works

1. Secure Your Booking
   To begin your bespoke stationery journey with us, we require a €100 non-refundable retainer fee. This amount is deducted from your total balance once you finalise your order.

2. Collaborate on Your Design

   • We work closely with you to create stationery that matches your style, theme, and preferences.

   • Our team will provide design drafts for your approval before we proceed with printing.

   • You have unlimited revisions available to ensure that every detail is perfect before you give final approval.

3. Printing & Delivery

   • Once you are 100% happy with your design and approved your proofs, the balance payment is due and we will begin the printing process using high-quality materials.

   • Your finished stationery will be carefully packaged and delivered to you, ready to impress your guests within 2-3 weeks or unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with you.
